As you process your inbox, collect all next actions in sgtd.
Your project list should remain relatively dynamic. Small and medium sized projects should be added and removed on a regular basis.
Don't use sgtd for your Project support materials. Only use it for your Next Actions.
Make a list of contexts that works for you. This probably won't change much after you have tweaked it to your liking.
Assign delegated actions to your @waitingfor context and include an anticipated date in the description.
Don't use sgtd for your reference materials.
Use your calendar only for things that absolutely have to get done that day.
Don't use your calendar as a task list.
